Our team consists of former medalists, who will be able to guide you in the appropriate topics and developing a mathematical intuition for any competitions.

About SMO

The Singapore Mathematical Olympiad is the main mathematics competition in Singapore for secondary and JC students. Organised by the Singapore Mathematical Society, it offers three categories of participation:

1. Junior: Sec 1 - 2

2. Senior: Sec 3 - 4

3. Open: free for all Sec 1 - JC 2

All categories consist of two rounds:

1. Round 1: 25 questions (MCQ / integer response), all participants

2. Round 2: 5 questions (open ended), selected participants (around top 10%)

Sec 1 - 4 / IP 1 - 4 students can take part in both their age category and the Open category as the papers are typically on different days.
